Our last household in Pleasantview is the Caliente Family, twin newcomers who arrived just before Bella's abduction, and who have distant alien roots.

It is often said that Dina has a mind of her own, but she is quick to disagree. She likes chocolate and dreams of making it big.
Dina Caliente - Fortune/Pleasure aspiration LTW: Earn $100,000 Simoleans
One True Hobby: Film and Literature (Changed from Nature) Career: Unemployed
Dina is the twin sister to Nina, and the widow of Michael Bachelor, who is Bella Goth's brother.

Deeply connected to her Mediterranean roots, Nina likes exercise and bread pudding.
Nina Caliente - Romance aspiration LTW: Woohoo 20 Different Sims
One True Hobby: Cuisine (Changed from Sports) Career: Unemployed
Nina is the twin sister to Dina.

Dina is tired of waiting for Mortimer to make a more solid move, so she makes one herself. She proposes to him right on the front lawn, and he accepts!

Nina gets a job in the Athletic career as a placeholder until something opens up in the Dance career. She doesn't have a job related LTW, but it's the only job she rolled a want for.

Night falls and a rare unwelcome male visitor pops by. Thankfully, this isn't my first rodeo, and I bought them an alarm. The first time you play the Caliente lot they're programmed to always be robbed.

I'm outsmarted by the alarm glitching out, though. When the burglar first sneaks in, the alarm actually didn't go off. I sent Dina to call the cops manually, which then triggered the alarm to go off. The burglar was only temporarily bothered by it, then continued on taking items. The cop showed up, said the burglar had gotten away (he was still robbing them), stood still for a long time, and then left without the normal insurance payout that sims normally get for being robbed.

In the end, the hot tub, weight machine, and TV are gone, and there aren't any funds left to replace them. So much for being prepared!
